Bought a used corsair 800d case.

This seller has been super! He shipped me a package via UPS and took the time to put tape in nearly everyspot imaginable to ensure that no movement would happen during transit, but of course UPS doesn't like to handle their packages properly. I received the package that had clearly been mishandled with dents, punctures, and scratches all over the box. Ultimately, the case sustained damage in several spots. After contacting the seller about my issue he was nearly instant on his response with aplogies and that he would take care of it. Now, on a side note this seller has very good communication skills and is always very timely with his responses (awesome!). This seller took care of it by issuing me a refund without any hassle whatsoever. That to me speaks volumes as it is always a pain to go back and forth with someone about shipping damages, but this seller did not even hint at approaching the situation that way. Overall this seller has every quality you look for in a reputable/honest seller and I will say that this seller is one you should have no hesitations from buying from!
